 Harvey Faux
Harvey completed his law degree at Victoria University and admitted to
the Bar in 1969. Having worked as a solicitor in Mt Maunganui and
London then became a partner in a Whakatane law firm until 1982 when he
moved to work for the Hong Kong Government for 14 years.
Harvey met and married his wife Jenny and they have two children
Natasha currently at University and Nick in his final year at Auckland
Grammar.
Harvey has a wealth of experience and specializes in commercial law, trusts and residential conveyancing.
When he is not in the office he enjoys reading, watching rugby, cricket and sport generally and not forgetting acting as a taxi driver in connection with his son’s sporting activities!
Clare McGuinness-Goodwin Clare is our new Practice Manager who joins us after practising as a
Legal Executive for 20 years. Clare also has two children – Simon at
Auckland University and Samuel in his final year at Liston College.
Clare is Chair of the Liston College Board of Trustees - so knows how to run a tight ship!
 Denise Swan
Denise is our new receptionist. She moved from Tauranga there years ago where she was self-employed as a Massage Therapist.
She is married to Stuart and runs Snapper Rock Holiday Accommodation in Beachlands when she isn’t busy answering our phones.
She is a mum of two and has one granddaughter. Denise enjoys the beach,m boating and fishing off the sea kayak!
